My friend, Kimm Bonner, has created these artful, plant-based, vegan, low glycemic desserts. Without using any refined sugar and using the lowest glycemic sweeteners like Xylitol, Erythritol and Coconut Sugar, she has achieved masterful flavors as well as comfort-food texture.

Desserts are shipped frozen and will arrive cold, staying fresh 7 days in the fridge and 2-3 months in the freezer.
