Dessert Breads!!

The challenge here was to make dessert breads that were highly digestible,
made with real food ingredients but were not too sweet!

These are not cakes, which use large amounts of oil and sweetener.
They are lightly sweetened gluten-free sourdough breads.

These breads are baked into a mini loaf that is easy to slice with a small portion being enough to satisfy.
They're great eaten at room temperature and are fantastic slightly warmed in the toaster with butter,
olive oil or coconut oil. They pair beautifully with coffee or tea or as a pick-me-up snack.
