I pride myself on offering healthy gluten-free products that use real food ingredients. Due to many requests, I am now offering Sweeter Treats that are also healthy. While our original barely sweetened products (Fruit English Muffins, Dessert Breads, and Power Cookies) use only Organic Maple Syrup, the new sweeter treats use Organic Maple Syrup, Organic Coconut Sugar and Organic White Sugar, either singly or in combination. We are still using whole grains with the occasional addition of small amounts of Arrowroot Flour.
The spices in these soft cookies are beautifully blended and the addition of organic molasses gives it that traditional ginger bread taste.
