Made from Ivory Teff Flour, these adorable mini-loaves are a perfect dessert bread. Lightly sweetened with organic sweeteners!

They are great at room temperature and even better heated in the toaster for best flavor & texture. They pair beautifully with coffee or tea, spread with nut butter or as a pick-me-up snack.

Available in 2 varieties: Chocolate and Ginger. 

Shipped frozen, they'll arrive thawed. They last 7 days in the refrigerator and 2-3 months in the freezer.

Chocolate Bread




Chocolate Mini-loaf is darkly rich and delicious without being overly sweet. Unlike

cake, it is nutrient dense with a small amount being very satisfying.

Ingredients: Ivory Teff flour (unsprayed), filtered water, maple syrup*, olive oil*, cocoa powder*, starter cultures, chia seed*, vanilla extract*, salt.

Ginger Bread




Ginger Mini-loaf is a spicy loaf that gets a nice kick from the ginger and other spices. The sourdough process makes it highly digestible without minimal sour flavor.

Ingredients: Ivory Teff flour (unsprayed), filtered water, olive oil*, maple syrup*, blackstrap molasses*, starter cultures, chia seed*, ginger*, cinnamon*, nutmeg*, cloves*, salt.
