Vegan Chocolate Cupcakes that have all the digestive benefits of fermentation with no sourdough taste!
These Moist & Yummy Cupcakes have gone through the sourdough process to make them as digestible and healthy as possible! They are fully fermented, in fact, even the cocoa powder gets fermented. I am really sensitive to chocolate (and probably shouldn't eat it) but when I taste-tested these cupcakes I had no reaction to the chocolate...except pleasure!
These medium size cupcakes are perfect to send along with your gluten-sensitive child to a birthday party or other event so s/he can safely eat birthday cake.
These can be frozen until you are ready to eat them.
